What is “Blockchain as a Service”?
How shall Blockchain be commoditised? Through IP licensing or other methods?
What are the blockchain business models?
What are the new sources of corporate competitiveness in using blockchain technology? (Network effects, transaction cost efficiency, information control, increased speed, other?)
What are the trade-related aspects of blockchain that competition policy needs to consider?
