This is a fantastic opportunity to view the APPG AI Co-Chair Stephen Metcalfe in conversation with Caroline Dinenage, UK Minister for Digital and Culture.

Following the recent formation of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence whose Secretariat is hosted by the OECD, we would like to explore the UK’s opportunities for project collaboration in AI R&D and in the design of international guidelines for the responsible deployment of AI-driven technologies.

The conversation will address the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the adoption of AI technologies. The status of AI adoption by enterprise, the public sector, in education and by citizens is also on-topic. Further, we will discuss the responsible deployment of face recognition technologies and the challenges that arise with AI-driven misinformation campaigns.
