Fernando Santiago leads the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain (APPG Blockchain) and the Blockchain for Government Council, ensuring it is designed and delivered in accordance with the vision of the APPG Chairs, Officers, and Advisors.

He conducts the background research and compiles the evidence gathered by the group in order to inform Parliamentarians and other key stakeholders. He also runs the Blockchain for Government Council programme. He is in charge of design planning and delivery of the projects and runs Blockchain Live Showcases.

Fernando has more than twelve years’ experience in Project Management and technology application planning.

Fernando Santiago holds an MSc Logistics and Supply Chain from Cranfield University (2019), an MEng Civil Engineering from Alfonso X El Sabio University (2002), a BEng Civil Constructions at Salamanca University,  Executive Education (PDD) from IESE Business School (1999) and is Certified as Prince2 Practitioner.
