“If Governments’ implement their industrial growth strategies – or realize their visions – by developing proper ‘diagnostic tools’ and big data analytics with AI, they are able to create much more intelligence of what works. Catalytic growth hubs can develop this way, as we have learned from China’s economic and technology development zones. Without, we will remain in our dumb world and our economics will achieve less.”
